We're based in the Phuket Town area and collect dogs from all over the island — homes, condos, villas and the airport. Pickup and drop-off run 09:00–18:00. The fee depends on your address, so we quote it on LINE.

How much does a dog hotel in Phuket cost at Pear's Pawsh?

We charge per day by weight: 1–4 kg ฿350, 4.1–10 kg ฿400, 10.1–15 kg ฿450. Over New Year (20 Dec 2026 – 20 Jan 2027) it is ฿500 per day for dogs up to 10 kg. A ฿500 deposit per dog confirms your booking and is refunded on the day you collect your dog.

What size of dog do you accept?

Small dogs only, up to 15 kg — think Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Maltese, Pekingese, Yorkies, toy poodles and dachshunds. We don't take big dogs, so small guests can relax.

Are the dogs kept in cages?

No metal cages. Each dog has a roomy open wooden room inside our air-conditioned home, and comes out for play time with soft beds, sofas and a play yard.

Can you pick up my dog?

Yes, anywhere in Phuket, including the airport. Pickup and drop-off happen between 09:00 and 18:00. The fee depends on your address, so send us your location on LINE for a quote.

Will I get updates while I'm away?

Yes. We send photo updates on LINE every day, and you can message us any time to check in.
